All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
Air shipment orders placed by 3 PM New York time (EST) will be processed same day.
Free shipping is available on orders $99+ in the USA and $350+ in Canada via UPS Or USPS Ground (1-5 business days in the USA, 2-7 business days internationally).
Urgent shipping options (Overnight & 2-Day Air) are available at checkout.
Urgent shipping orders are prioritized and shipped immediately after processing.
Once a shipping label is created, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

To prevent policy abuse, items priced above $90 fall under our semi-formal/formal category and are eligible for exchange only. Items priced below $90 are eligible for a full refund within the return window.
Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged or returned for non-expiring store credit within 7 days of delivery, pickup, or purchase.
In Person pickup orders: The 7-day return/exchange window begins when you receive a ‘Ready for Pickup’ notification via email or text. If no contact info is provided, the window starts from the order date.
In-person purchases are not eligible for refunds, but store credit may be issued if returned within 7 days.
Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact, unaltered, and in brand-new, salable condition.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after approval.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, store credit for the full paid amount will be issued.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the original shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be deducted.
For returns over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Zaeema Boutique is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.

Size charts are provided for each designer, but a ±1” variation is normal and not considered a defect.
Color variations due to lighting and photography settings are not considered a defect but pictures are sourced from designer's social media platforms.
International orders: Import duties/taxes may apply, which the buyer is fully responsible for at the time of customs clearance.
